This policy covers refunds for booked services (rooms, cottages, packages) at Villa Forcados Resort.

2. Cancellation Refunds

  • If you cancel within the allowed time (as per the Cancellation Policy), you may receive a full or partial refund.
  • If cancellation is late or no-show, refund may not be available, or charges may apply.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
  • Any transaction fees or bank charges may be deducted from the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Certain fees or deposits may be non-refundable (e.g. security deposit, service fees).
  • Discounts used may be void if cancellation terms violated.

5. Modifications & Changes

  • If you change your booking (e.g. dates), any refund or rate difference will follow our modification policy.
  • No refund is due for time not used (e.g. early check-out) unless approved at management discretion.

6. COVID / Force Majeure

Under extreme events or government travel restrictions, we may offer credit, rescheduling, or partial refunds based on circumstance.
